Cristel Castel’Pro Stockpots with Stainless Steel Lid, 6.35 qt.

A stainless steel stockpot is made for big-batch cooking where steady heat and plenty of space matter. Use it for stocks and broths, soups and stews, cooking pasta or blanching vegetables.

Castel’Pro stockpots are built for efficient heat transfer with a reinforced aluminum core that helps promote even heating. The cooking surface is designed to heat up and cool down quickly, so you can fine-tune temperature as you simmer or bring liquids to a boil.

Yes. The base layer is 18/0 stainless steel, which makes the stainless steel stockpot compatible with induction stovetops.

The interior measurement markings help you gauge liquids as you cook, which is especially useful for stocks, soups and batch cooking. Rounded corners are designed to make stirring easier and help you reach the edges more thoroughly when mixing or cleaning.

The thick stainless steel lid is rounded to retain moisture and encourage it to return to the food as it cooks. It also provides a little extra space at the top, which can be helpful when simmering or cooking larger volumes.
