Demeyere Atlantis7 Stainless Steel Stock Pot with Lid, 8.5 qt.

The stainless steel stock pot is ideal for making stocks, soups and other one-pot meals when you are cooking for a crowd. The wide, roomy cooking space is especially helpful for long simmers, batch cooking and building flavor over time.

In this Atlantis7 stainless steel stock pot, 7-ply refers to a multi-layer construction designed to improve heat distribution and retention. The goal is more consistent heating during long, gentle cooking, like simmering stock or soup.

A lid is included. The stainless steel stock pot lid is designed to fit closely, which helps keep heat in while you simmer or cook a one-pot meal.

A close-fitting lid helps retain heat and supports energy-efficient insulation during longer cooking sessions. It also helps you maintain a steady simmer, which is key for developing full flavor in stocks and soups.

Atlantis7 is a premium stainless steel cookware collection built around 7-ply construction for performance-driven cooking. It was engineered with industrial designer Koen De Winter to bring durable craftsmanship and consistent results to everyday cooking.
