Onyx Southern Weather Coffee

Southern Weather coffee balances bright acidity with a full-bodied chocolate character. Expect notes of milk chocolate, plum and candied walnuts for a cup that feels comfortable but still has surprising depth.

Southern Weather coffee is a great everyday option when you want a reliable cup that is not one-note. It’s especially nice for drinkers who enjoy chocolate-forward flavor with a touch of fruit and nut-like sweetness.

The Southern Weather coffee is roasted by Onyx. Onyx roasts sustainably sourced coffees every weekday from their carbon-neutral, solar-powered facility.

Onyx is serious about coffee transparency, putting a strong focus on responsible sourcing and clear practices. With Southern Weather coffee, that mindset supports a cup you can feel good about brewing as part of your routine.

Brew Southern Weather coffee with your usual method, then taste it before adding anything so you can pick up the milk chocolate, plum and candied walnut notes. If you want to fine-tune the flavor, adjust your grind and coffee-to-water ratio until the acidity feels lively and the chocolate notes stay full.
