Swissmar Classic Raclette Party Grill with Reversible Grill Plate

The raclette grill with a reversible grill plate is built with two levels so you can cook on top while cheese and sauces warm below. Use the upper surface for grilling, then flip the plate when you want a smooth surface for pancakes or crêpes.

It is great for raclette-style dinners where everyone cooks at the table. Use it for meat, seafood and veggies on the top level, then melt cheese or warm sauces underneath. The smooth side of the plate also works well for pancakes and crêpes.

Along with the raclette grill, you get eight heat-resistant spatulas and eight nonstick raclette dishes with stay-cool handles. A recipe booklet is also included to help you make the most of the setup.

The grill includes eight raclette dishes, which makes it easy to set up servings for up to eight people at the table. It is a natural fit for parties, family gatherings and casual hosting where everyone builds their own bite.

Let the raclette grill cool completely before cleaning. Wipe down the grill plate and wash the nonstick raclette dishes gently with a soft sponge to help protect the nonstick surface, then dry thoroughly before storing.
