USA Pan Quarter Sheet Nonstick Pan and Bakeable Nonstick Cooling Rack Set

The nonstick quarter sheet pan and bakeable nonstick cooling rack set is great for small-batch baking and everyday roasting, then cooling foods right on the rack. Use it for cookies, cakes, scones and other baked goods when you want airflow under the food for more even cooling.

The set includes a quarter sheet pan and a cooling rack designed to fit inside the pan. That fitted pairing makes it easy to bake or roast on the pan, then cool on the rack without switching to a separate setup.

Yes. The bakeable nonstick cooling rack is designed to be used in the oven, and it fits inside the quarter sheet pan for cooking tasks where you want elevated airflow and drips contained in the pan.

The steel cross wire design supports cookies, breads and cakes while allowing air to circulate around them. Combined with the raised feet, it lifts food off the counter so cooling can be more uniform.

The pan uses a nonstick silicone coating described as eco-friendly, and it contains no PTFEs or PFOAs. That coating is designed to help baked goods release more easily from the pan.
