Viking Aluminized Steel Nonstick Baking Sheet with Rack, 15"

An aluminized steel baking sheet is a great everyday workhorse for baking and roasting when you want quick, even heat transfer. This one is especially helpful for cookies, pastries and sheet-pan meals thanks to its nonstick coating and reinforced rim.

The set includes a baking sheet and a rack that fits securely inside the pan. The rack is designed for roasting, crisping or cooling foods while the pan catches drips and crumbs.

The dual-layer, silicone-based nonstick coating is applied to both the interior and exterior for better release and easier cleaning. It helps delicate bakes lift off cleanly and makes stuck-on residue less of a chore.

Use the pan for cookies, bars and delicate pastries, plus vegetables and hearty sheet-pan dinners. Add the rack when you want air circulation for roasting and crisping or when you need a place to cool baked goods.

The reinforced steel rim is designed to help prevent warping and give you a steady grip when moving the pan. That added structure supports more consistent performance for baking, browning or reheating.
